KYKLOS, 2025.
Kyklos, the ancient greek word for “circle,” is more than a shape, it is a sacred geometry imbued with symbolic meaning across philosophy, mythology, mathematics and mysticism.
The circle, and its three-dimensional counterpart, the sphere, are considered impeccable forms. Each point along the edge held in exact balance from its center, embodying symmetry, harmony and the divine blueprint of the cosmos. With no beginning and no end, it whispers of cycles, of return, of life’s interconnectedness and continuous return to source.
Kyklos is a self-portrait series that marks the beginning of a new cycle, one led by inner transformation. Each composition was crafted with intention, each element carrying meaning. Over the course of a month, I hand-crafted each circular form in the garments using 3D printing technology, merging the ancestral with the contemporary, ritual with innovation, to give shape to something that felt both renewed and reborn. The circles are not perfect, but within their imperfections lies room for growth, for becoming, for infinite motion.
From the sun and the moon to the mandala, the flower of life, and the vesica piscis, the circle has appeared across time and cultures as a symbol of wholeness, unity and eternity. Kyklos is a visual meditation on the eternal spiral we all inhabit. A return to self, to source, to center.

Kyklos, la antigua palabra griega para “círculo”, es más que una forma, es una geometría sagrada impregnada de significado simbólico en la filosofía, la mitología, las matemáticas y el misticismo.
El círculo, y su contraparte tridimensional, la esfera, han sido considerados formas impecables. Cada punto en su borde se equilibra a la misma distancia del centro, encarnando simetría, armonía y el diseño divino del cosmos. Sin principio ni fin, sus curvas susurran ciclos, retornos, la interconexión de la vida y su constante regreso al origen.
Kyklos es una serie de autorretratos que marca el inicio de un nuevo ciclo, guiado por transformación interior. Cada composición fue creada con intención, cada elemento cargado de significado. Durante un mes, fabriqué a mano cada forma circular en el vestuario utilizando tecnología de impresión 3D, entrelazando lo ancestral con lo contemporáneo, el ritual con la innovación, para dar forma a algo que se sientiera tanto renovado como renacido. Los círculos no son perfectos, pero en sus imperfecciones hay espacio para crecimiento, la evolución y el movimiento infinito.
Desde el sol y la luna, hasta el mandala, la flor de la vida y la vesica piscis, las formas circulares han aparecido a lo largo del tiempo y las culturas como símbolos de totalidad, unidad y eternidad. Kyklos es una meditación visual sobre la espiral eterna que habitamos todos. Un regreso al ser, al origen, al centro.
